The Unparalleled String Shop prides itself on being a full service bespoke and intimate instrument repair experience. All appointments are handled personally by the owner and Master Luthier, Jon Wondergem. You never have to wonder who is handling your instrument. Jon consults with each musician directly and tailors each job to the musician’s unique needs. Jon is an experienced player himself and understands how important perfection and care is in this craft. Jon has a personal relationship to music and takes pride in his ability to work with players one-on-one, handling each job start to finish.

General Set up (Adjust Truss Rod, check and adjust the action, checking frets for proper truing, general clean and polish, tightening of tuning pegs, new strings if necessary) $80
Bridge Removal, reset and reglue $150
Bone Nut Replacement $100
Bone Saddle Replacement $100
Fret Dress (Frets leveled, crowned, sanded and polished. Also includes fret board cleaning.) $120
Crack/Damage repair is done by quote and measured on an hourly rate of $80/hr.
Reglue of loose braces or internal repair is done by quote and measured on an hourly rate of $80/hr.
Headstock Crack Repair $120 and up
Tuner Replacement $50 and up
Total Refret $380 and up depending on the fingerboard (setup Included)
